Casual Friday ==> Date Night

 

I’m so ready for the weekend!!  It’s been a busy week at our house and next week will be just as crazy but I’m ready to spend some much needed time with my family.

I’m keeping it casual today, it’s all about comfort!  Tonight I’ll swap out the sweater for a cute jacket and the flats for some leopard heels to make it work for a little date night.

I’m obsessed with pink and red, lips, kisses, lipstick, bows, love, hearts, flowers, and pretty much anything else associated with Valentine’s Day.  I love decorating for it and dressing the part.  I’m wanting everything in this Wish List Wednesday and love that they’re all under $100!  There’s something perfect for the gal in your life whether it’s your mom, friend, sister, daughter, yourself, anyone!  Hope you find something you like and I hope Joel happens to take a look too!

Today I’m sharing a comfortable denim on denim look.  I love adding a pop of color to a basic outfit, whether it’s with a pair of heels or a bright bag.  I think it’s important to stock your closet with classic pieces you can wear over and over and that go with everything but don’t forget to have fun with a little color here or there.

Today I’m sharing a basic Sunday outfit I wore to church yesterday.  I’ve seen this skirt on a few bloggers but because of the low price I was sure it would be cheap but my mom talked me into ordering and I’m so happy I did, I really like it!  It’s nice and thick, it’s lined, and it’s really comfortable.  I definitely recommend trying it out for yourself!

Faux fur and blush pink make me feels so girly, throw on some pearls and heels and you can’t help from feeling extra feminine.  I’m loving this little sweater jacket I got from Anthropologie’s amazing after Christmas sale.  It’s still going on, all sale items are an extra 40% off (with code EXTRAEXTRA)!!  This jacket just sold out but there are so many great items to choose from.
